7. Brief description of events within the project: <\/strong><\/p>\n

Hostel – is one of the most budget accommodation options for athletes, guests, participants in sporting events.<\/p>\n

To host the hostel, it is planned to redevelop the premises of the second floor of the administrative building of the sports school, located in Grodno, Gorky Str., 6 with an area of \u200b\u200b200 sq. m.<\/p>\n

The building is located in the city center, which is very convenient for visiting guests. Nearby is the railway station, bus station, main transport hubs and tourist flows, parking, stadium. This factor should provide a very good flow of customers. On the second floor of the administrative building, it is planned to place a reception desk, luggage storage and safe deposit boxes, a meal room, free wi-fi.<\/p>\n

Three rooms to accommodate visitors. The total number of beds is 24 (for 12 people, for 8 people and 4 people). Shower and toilet rooms are foreseen.<\/p>\n

At the initial stage, all necessary equipment will be purchased: beds, cabinets, lockers, safe boxes, entertainment equipment, PS system.<\/p>\n

The services of staff will be outsourced.<\/p>\n

The main focus will be on advertising. We will count on gaining a constant audience of clients: athletes of different levels who will take an active part in competitions held by the sports school.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
