- Name of the project: «SPORTLANDиЯ» (construction of a mini-stadium,
a modern integrated sports ground on school’s territory) - Project implementation period: 1 year 6 months

350 students study at the state educational institution “Primary School No. 198
of Minsk”. According to medical data, 3 people belong to SMG, 4 people belong
to physical therapy, 88 people belong to the preparatory group for physical education, 255 belong to the main group. Among them there are minors with pathology of the cardiovascular system (12 people), disabled children (3 people). There is no stadium or complex sports ground on the school’s territory. Outdated sports equipment, the absence of a stadium, sports simulators cannot contribute
to strengthening the physical health of students, conducting school sports competitions, qualifying stages of district and city sports events in full and at a good level. A modern complex sports ground (elements: a gymnastic town, a complex
of outdoor children’s simulators) and a mini-stadium could become not only a venue for outdoor physical education lessons, but also contribute to the formation
of a healthy lifestyle and the organization of useful leisure.
Pervomaisky district of Minsk is one of the most dynamically developing districts of the city, young families predominate among the residents. In this regard, the use of a multifunctional sports ground will contribute to strengthening not only the physical health of residents, but also family relationships, the creation of family traditions.
- The purpose of the project: to create conditions for strengthening the physical health of school students, conducting mass sports and physical culture and wellness activities through the arrangement, modernization and reconstruction of the outdoor sports base of the educational institution.
- Tasks planned for implementation within the framework of the project:
5.1. To equip a complex sports ground, a mini-stadium for physical culture and sports, holding mass sports competitions and events.
5.2. To activate the motor activity of students, to involve them in sports activities, interesting and useful leisure.
5.3. To form a culture of a healthy lifestyle, physical culture and sports education
of the younger generation.
- Target group: school students from 6 to 10 years (350 people), residents
of Pervomaisky district of Minsk. - Brief description of the project activities:
7.1. Reconstruction of the gymnastics campus (replacement of outdated equipment with new ones that meet modern requirements and safety regulations – purchase
of uneven bars, handlebars, obstacle courses).
7.2. Arrangement of the playground for children’s outdoor exercise equipment (replacement of the grass covering with synthetic, installation of exercise equipment).
7.3. Arrangement of a mini-stadium (replacement of the grass covering with synthetic, marking, replacement of basketball shields, installation of football gates, installation of stands and fencing).
