7.Brief description of the project activities:
Residents of sparsely populated areas of the Berestovitsky district who do not have stationary cultural institutions are currently serviced only twice a month by club-type employees assigned to certain remote villages. The project “Culture in Small Villages” made it possible to organize useful leisure for the different age categories of the population (pensioners, people with disabilities, children and youth), because folk art and art are one of the best means of socialization and rehabilitation. The implementation of this project caused a wide public response, received great support and a positive response among the population. Having estimated the social effect and the achieved results, it was decided to continue the project. In sparsely populated areas, non-stationary public services are the only source of cultural services. The implementation of the project increased the interest among the population of small villages in cultural activities. The social significance of the project, aimed at providing conditions and opportunities for residents of sparsely populated areas in cultural services, requires support. To ensure that cultural and leisure activities are held at the appropriate level in those rural areas where there are no stationary cultural objects, it is necessary to purchase a specialized multifunctional mobile cultural center (auto club), which is a car equipped with a transformer stage and a set of the necessary sound, light and multimedia equipment with an autonomous source of electricity. The auto club will allow holding any cultural events, spectacular events in any territory accessible for travel (in parks, recreation places, open summer and winter grounds, etc.). |
