1. Creation of a public space on the territory of the Frunzensky district of Minsk, including a zone of active (attractions, sports grounds, cultural events) and quiet recreation (walking alleys, recreation and picnic areas, labyrinths of plants) of Minsk residents and guests of the capital.

2. Increasing the degree of greenery in the Frunzensky District.

On a 17,18 hectare free from development area within the boundaries of Nemanskaya, Lidskaya, Kolesnikov, Kazimirovskaya streets, according to the developed and approved design and estimate documentation, it is planned to create a recreation park, including the following zones:

– Administrative and economic zone;

– Amusement zone: sites for the placement of attractions “Waltz”, “Autodrom”, “Labyrinth”, “Steam locomotive” (or their analogs) with the development of foundations (for the attractions “Waltz”, “Autodrom”); as well as sites for the promising placement of attractions such as “Flying Saucer”, “Ferris Wheel”, “Mini-Jet”, “Children’s Chain Carousel”, “Children’s Ferris Wheel”, “Lavitsa”, “Trampoline Spider”;

– Zone of cultural events and trade;

– Sports zone: in the composition – a bike path, a health trail, as well as sites for extreme sports (workout, parkour, skateboarding);

– Landscape zone: which includes regular and landscape alleys, recreation areas, quiet board games, picnics and children’s playgrounds, a garden of flowers and plants.
