2.  To create favorable conditions for physical education, sports, leisure and recreation for students and the parent community.

3. To form a sustainable interest in active types of recreation through the system of mass sports and physical culture and recreational activities for students, the parental community and residents of the agro-town.

4. To promote active sports activities and healthy lifestyles.

5. To carry out information and educational work to promote the physical culture and sports complex among students, teachers, parents and residents of the microdistrict.

6. To summarize the results of the project and highlight the progress of the project in the media.

2. To develop design estimates for the reconstruction, improvement and equipment of the school stadium.

3. To carry out work to change the infrastructure of the sports and recreational environment of the school: equipment of a universal sports ground, equipping the school stadium with lighting, sports equipment, outdoor exercise equipment, arranging a synthetic covering for an athletics treadmill, manufacturing and installing a gymnastic campus and a traffic rules town.

4. To hold a sports festival “School is the territory of health and sport”, timed to the grand opening of the stadium with media coverage.

5. The organization of socially significant social activities of students, contributing to the acquisition of sports skills and abilities from them, introduction to a healthy lifestyle, an increase in the functional capabilities of the body of students, an increase in the level of physical development.

6. The organization of joint leisure, weekly sports events, holidays and competitions of students together with students of secondary schools in the Minsk region.

8.  The basis for the project:

The Education Code of the Republic of Belarus imposes on the school the organization of health protection for students, which includes:

1) propaganda and training of healthy lifestyle skills, labor protection requirements;

2) organization and creation of conditions for the prevention of diseases and health improvement of students, for physical culture and sports.

The project aims are to solve a number of key problems, such as:

1)      lack of stable, motivated interest of participants

in the educational process to active types of physical culture and sports activities among a significant part of the population;

2)          insufficient involvement of all participants in the educational process in regular physical education;

3)          mismatch of the level of the material base and infrastructure, as well as their moral and physical wear and tear, to the tasks of forming a healthy lifestyle and the development of mass sports in the country.

State educational institution «Ratomka school» is located in the center of the village of Ratomka, with a population of 4,830 people, quite prosperous in its composition, where 9–12% of the population are citizens of the Russian Federation, permanently or temporarily residing in the territory of the agro-town; 1.7% is permanently or temporarily residing from the countries of Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, the USA (in 2018-2021, the population increased by 10% due to the introduction of two new multi-block buildings in the Pirs micro-district, on Rechnaya street, cottage buildings near the «Slavyansky» supermarket).

The implementation of the project will allow for the long-term implementation of activities aimed at achieving one of the indicators of the sustainable development goals: “Ensuring a healthy lifestyle and promoting well-being for all at any age” through:

1) рromotion of a healthy lifestyle through the use of a physical culture and sports complex at full capacity for the organization of active recreation for students, teachers, parents and various social categories of residents of the microdistrict;

2) instilling the basics of active, healthy, cultural recreation through the organization of health-improving activities for the prevention of infectious and cardiovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus and excess weight;

3) Formation of a holistic, socially oriented view of the world, reflected in state educational standards for the implementation of sustainable development goals.

4) Involvement of students and adults with physical development peculiarities in motor health-improving and social activity.

2. The reconstruction of the stadium will also increase the motivation of students and adults to physical culture and a healthy lifestyle, to engage students in a continuous health improvement, training process and competitive activity.

3. In the process of organizing general mass events, it is planned to increase the level of general physical and cultural development of participants in the educational process, as well as to form a tolerant attitude towards people with disabilities and people with special needs.

4. The satisfaction of the participants in the educational process and residents of the microdistrict will be fully ensured with the functioning of the infrastructure of the sports and recreational environment of the school.

The proposed materials for the implementation of the project can be directly used in the practice of the educational process at school, will allow teachers to improve the process of forming physical qualities as students and adults of various age and physical categories.
