Humanitarian project of Grodno State Arts College

1.Project name: «We draw the world  together”  ( creation of environment for joint creative work of college students, children with special needs and their parents)

3.Applicant organization proposing the project: educational establishment Grodno State College of arts
4.Project objective: 1. creation of environment for joint creative work of college students, children with special needs and their parents; creating condition for every child regardless of his intellectual and physical development level to elevate his personal abilities;2. creation of conditions for classes with  children with special needs from Leninsky district of Grodno;3. involvement of College students to work with children with special needs;
5.Tasks planned for implementation within the framework of the project:

1. creation of conditions for classes with  children with special needs through development personal working places;

2. Purchasing of equipment (convertible mobile easels, interactive whiteboard, colour printer, graphic tablets);

3. Purchasing of materials and instruments for classes;

4. Utilization of art-therapy principles for classes with children with special needs;

5. Popularize the ideas of social integration of children with special needs.
6. Target group: College students at the age of 16-17, children with special needs at the age of 6-12 and their parents living in the Lenin district of Grodno, teachers of design department.
7. Brief description of the project activities: Online inclusive education courses for teachers of design department; purchasing of equipment, materials and instruments; inclusive education classes for college students; counseling parents by psychologists and teachers of design department, painting, drawing and other applied arts classes for children with special needs; exhibiting of project participants’  works with coverage in local press.
