Brief description of project activities: the implementation of the project to  provide seriously ill children with artificial lung ventilation devices at home and in the Specialized orphanage can significantly improve the quality of life and social adaptation of seriously ill children who are on long-term respiratory support, which is one of the priorities of palliative care.
